My second package has been sent. I since received I lovely call from my recipient to say she loved everything and no I didn’t go overboard with all the black and white 😉
This is what my lovely recipient likes:
Favourite Colours: Purple Black White
Decorating Style: Contemporary
Favourite Things to Make: Toys Mats
Hobbies, Passions: Walking Sewing Grandchildren
And this is what I came up with:
a black and white crocheted bunny tape measure [with a cute crocheted pink tongue, black felt ears, black bead eyes and pom-pom tail]
a black and white cherry blossom embroidered pouch with buttons
upcycled dictionary and magazine pages personalised note cards and envelopes
a purple needle felted tissue pouch – I needle felted the purple wool on a pretty piece of grey wool felt and finished it with purple ribbon trim.
After putting the package together I thought I went overboard with the B & W – but Pam reassured me she loves black and white – phew.
