I hope you can forgive me – Miniature Monday didn’t happen this week. A bit too hectic to say the least, I am sure you can relate. Well I am back to share some eye candy from the Craft & Quilt Fair that I attended on Saturday. Maybe they were jumping out at me but I saw owls everywhere, on fabric, on ribbon, on paper, on patterns, plushies everywhere. Don’t get me wrong I love them, they are just so trendy right now. I did the obligatory rounds of all the shops and then viewed the quilts. I chatted to a lovely lady about hexies who showed me how she uses glue instead of tacking them. I think I could be converted to that method, much quicker. I didn’t go too crazy with my purchases and I was very close to buying this. My purchases included this embossing plate which I will use in an upcoming thank you card and buttons to finish off my quilted box.
